Grameen Women's SACCO

A good number of cooperatives are growing and performing well in key performance indicators. Grameen means "Village" and that describes our SACCO model where we organized women on a zonal / village level and encourage them to save and borrow within their village saving clusters. Each cluster seats once a week, handled by the Grameen field officer and a five member leadership committee that oversees the day to day running of the cluster. In these meetings, we are targetting to put more emphasis on the objectives, vision and we visited parish per parish.
